I am a fitness influencer and a student and so my health and body is a priority for me.
I knew I had a wrist issue when I wasn’t able to go beyond a certain level of strength despite doing everything right.
I had a ligament tear in my wrist and after surgery, I was recommended to meet Dr Priyank for physio in recovering my absolute stiff wrist.
She was very warm and receptive and would make the exercises and the reason behind them clear, helped me push myself, and gave progressions along with taking photos and videos so I could see myself getting better with time.
She also gave exercises I could do at home so that I didn’t have to spend a lot of time and effort traveling.
What was amazing is that not only did my wrist get better than it ever was in all the years, but she also recognised the connecting weak point in my shoulders which was part of the reason behind my injury in the first place.
Before the surgery and physio I was able to do 55 kg of military press for 5 reps.
After physio, for the first time I was able to push to 65 kgs of military press.
Before physio I was able to do 20 kgs of weighted pull ups and even that would hurt at times.
Right now I did 35 kgs of weighted pull ups effortlessly.
She was flexible with timings to accommodate my college and work schedule.
I have seen her read books, attend courses and continuously learn.
There were times where I would skip days because of personal issues but she never judged and was still understanding and supportive and equally enthusiastic.
As a patient, if you are willing to put in the work Dr Priyank is easily worth and one of the most valuable out of your resources worth.
I recommend her to my other athlete and fitness friends as well and Dr Priyank is my go to physio to recommend.

Dr. Priyank Golcha is an amazing Physiotherapists and a one miracle in my life!... she has treated my spine and hamstring pain so professionally that it cannot be explained in words.
My two spine surgery was done 1st in 2018 and 2nd was in 2020 after that also severe pain was their I have visited many physiotherapist but the wonders what Dr Priyank done was amazing.

My struggle started with neck stiffness and the constrained range of movement I had for the past three-four years, lower back problems made it worse. Decided to go for physiotherapy with the very experienced Dr. Priyank. Her diagnosis and the precise treatment ( focused on the inactive muscles ), posture corrections has helped me not just get rid off the stiffness in my neck and lower back but the range of motion has got so much better in just 1.5 months. I had suffered an ankle sprain ( partial tear) in my left leg and was advised to have physiotherapy after the cast was removed. I was referred to Dr. Priyank for physiotherapy by the treating orthopedician. She gave me ankle mobilizations along with a home exercise program that improved my mobility, strength, and balance. I was given 10-12 sessions within 2 months. These sessions helped me to overcome pain, stiffness, and muscle weakness. This boosted my confidence to resume my routine soon, which involves a lot of traveling. Now I can walk normally and soon plan to ramp up to cycling as well as swimming.
